Assign mobile roles and rules
Give existing TrackDME members admin, warehouse, or driver access and configure route proof and alert rules.
Assign operational roles
Only an admin can change mobile access. A driver or warehouse worker must already be a TrackDME member. Open Team, find the member, and select one or more roles:
- Admin includes every TrackDME capability, including Warehouse and Driver modes.
- Warehouse can view assigned delivery work and scan serialized equipment into vehicles.
- Driver can run assigned routes, share active-route location, finish dropoffs, and scan pickups.
For a driver, choose a usual vehicle if appropriate. If it is not listed, click Create a new vehicle below the selector. TrackDME opens the vehicle form and returns you to Team after you add it. Turn on Can view all drivers' routes only when that person should see work assigned to other drivers. Save access after making changes.
Invitations still choose broad Admin or Member web access. Assign the operational roles after the person accepts and becomes a TrackDME member.
Configure mobile operations
Open Mobile operations to control two company-wide rules:
- Require a dropoff photo blocks delivery completion until the driver takes a photo. Photos are optional when this is off.
- Possible speeding threshold sets the mph level used for conservative two-reading alerts. The default is 90 mph.
The page also shows the current location-history retention period. Route changes, exceptions, possible speeding, and lost-tracking events appear in the web admin UI. Admins receive companion-app push notifications when their device is registered. No route-alert emails are sent.
