Billing and plans
Review existing plan prices and equipment limits, and manage the TrackDME subscription.
Existing plans
TrackDME's published monthly prices are:
- Free: $0, up to 50 active units and 1 location.
- Pro: $99 per month, up to 500 active units and 2 locations.
- Growth: $249 per month, up to 2,500 active units and unlimited locations.
Every plan includes unlimited users, CSV exports of current records, and the core equipment reservation, checkout, and return workflow. Pro and Growth include the optional read-only QuickBooks connection and an optional company-wide cleaning policy. Equipment-level cleaning requirements apply on every plan.
These prices are for the TrackDME subscription. Customer rental charges remain in your existing billing system.
Manage the subscription
An admin can open Billing to see current usage and plan options. Active units counts individual units that are not sold or retired, plus quantity-tracked items that are ready, out with customers, cleaning, or in repair. Historical rentals do not add to the count.
Use the billing controls to manage the subscription and payment details. A founder-managed workspace displays its billing arrangement on that page.
