Export your data

Download a CSV of your units, products, customers, or orders, any time, from one dedicated Data Export section.

Where to find it

Go to Data Export, under Company settings. Each section downloads its own CSV, so you only pull what you need.

What you can export

  • Units: every individually tracked physical unit with its barcode, serial number, product, category, status, current location, and customer. Quantity-tracked products appear as one row with their current in-warehouse quantity.
  • Products: your whole catalog with category, tracking mode, quantity on hand, unit cost, and sanitization requirement.
  • Customers: every customer with phone, contact, and delivery address.
  • Orders: every order with its customer, checkout and expected return dates, QuickBooks invoice number, and amount paid.

Every file opens directly in Excel or Google Sheets.

When to use it

  • A backup before big changes, like a warehouse move or a large import.
  • Insurance, audits, or financing paperwork that needs a full equipment list.
  • Spreadsheet analysis, like counting units by category or location, or reviewing orders by customer.

Each export reflects live data at the moment you download it. Unit statuses use the same labels you see in the app, see Unit statuses explained.
