Export your equipment records
Download current customer, equipment type, and unit data from Settings.
Download CSV files
Open Export. Choose the customer, equipment type, or unit export you need.
The file contains the records visible in your workspace when the export runs. Use it for a spreadsheet review or a portable copy of current inventory.
An inventory export is a snapshot, not a complete database backup. Keep any separate accounting exports in QuickBooks.
For a unit's operational history, open Equipment or Activity log.
