Get live this afternoon

Four steps from an empty workspace to a real scan. No branching paths, just the loop you will run every day.

Getting started

Daily workflows

The scan loop

Learn the core daily workflow on the Scan page: scan with a phone or handheld reader and use the three scan modes.

Check equipment out

Rent a unit to a customer using Check Out scan mode or the unit's Check out button, then fill the checkout form.

Check equipment in

Receive a returned unit using Check In scan mode or the unit's Check in button, and learn where it lands afterward.

Reprocessing and sanitizing

Turn on an optional clean-before-re-rent stage, for all products or just the types you flag. Off by default.

Manage units and statuses

Use the unit detail page to find a unit, run status actions, edit or delete it, and read its full append-only History.

Use the dashboard

Read your dashboard route board for drop-offs and pickups, the scheduling queue, and fallback return lists.

Fulfill orders from QuickBooks invoices

Turn paid QuickBooks invoices into orders, pick them by barcode scan, and ship, with an automatic note back on the invoice. Growth plan.

Quote a rental and turn it into an order

Price a rental with a price book and delivery zones, then turn the quote into an order with optional QuickBooks invoice creation.

Understand your business with Insights

Forecast inventory, see what rents out most and least, and find your most profitable products, all from real usage and QuickBooks data.

Track nonserialized inventory by quantity

Track interchangeable items such as ramp sections and accessories without assigning a barcode to every piece.

Dispatch driver routes

Assign delivery and pickup stops to drivers, reorder active routes, watch live locations, and handle exceptions.

Run routes in the companion app

Use the iPhone companion app for route navigation, equipment loading, delivery completion, pickup scans, photos, and offline work.
