Activity log

Activity log shows the latest 100 recorded individual-unit movements across your team, most recent first. It is admin-only, and lives inside Company settings.

To open it, go to Company settings and choose Activity log from the sidebar.

What shows up

Recorded individual-unit additions, checkouts, returns, and readiness changes appear with their actor and time. Quantity-tracked stock and reservation edits do not appear in this movement list. Open the rental to review those commitments and handoffs.

Click any entry to jump straight to that unit's own history.

Review a handoff

Use history to check whether equipment was actually received or marked ready. A scheduled return date alone is not proof that it came back.
