Activity log

Activity log is a running history of everything your team has done across your fleet, most recent first. It is admin-only, and lives inside Company settings.

To open it, go to Company settings and choose Activity log from the sidebar.

What shows up

Every check-out, check-in, sanitizing, move, status change, and retirement is logged here, along with who did it and when. Return outreach logged from the Dashboard's "Coming back in the next 7 days" section shows up too, so you can see who reached out to a customer and when.

Click any entry to jump straight to that unit's own history.

Why it moved out of the dashboard

This used to live on the Dashboard itself, but a running feed of every action was not something most people needed to see every time they opened the app. It is still one click away in Company settings whenever you actually want to check on it, for example confirming a teammate's scan went through or catching up after time away.
