Company settings

Set the business time zone, manage your team, and configure optional imports and cleaning rules.

Company profile

Open Company settings. Set Company name, an optional Warehouse address, and Time zone, then select Save changes.

The business time zone determines Today and overdue work. Use an IANA time zone such as America/Los_Angeles or America/New_York.

Use Equipment for day-to-day inventory. Use Import for a larger spreadsheet and review proposed records before saving them.

Export downloads current customers, equipment types, and unit records.

QuickBooks settings connects, refreshes, or disconnects the optional read-only integration. No setting permits writes to QuickBooks.

Use Team for invitations and access, and Activity log for the recorded equipment history.
